Sarah conducts a general family practice at both Stratford and Stonetown Health & Wellness Centres. She has experience working with a variety of health concerns, including digestive conditions, fatigue, insomnia, hormone health, thyroid disease, diabetes and mental health. Sarah has received additional training in managing cardiovascular disease and pediatric care. She brings an evidence-based approach to healthcare, focusing on improving health through diet, lifestyle and natural medicines.
Inspired by her own health challenges and experiences with health care as a child, Sarah decided to pursue a career in naturopathic medicine. She received her post-graduate medical education from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to this she received her Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in biology from the University of Windsor, conducting genetic and behavioural research on bird populations in Costa Rica. During clinical rotations, Sarah was thrilled to be able to return to the tropics to provide medical care to underserved populations in Cap-Haitien, Haiti, and Los Angeles, Nicaragua.
